Okay so I'm only new to going in deep on Resident Evil but I have a theory on what they could do for RE10, or its a fanfic I don't have any skill to wright.
But if Leons married to Claire and they have a kid, that kid is related to three of the main protagonists of the series and probably has some kind of relationship with a few more characters.
So if someone steals that kid it might be a reason to get Leon, Claire, Chris and Jill to all be in one game for the first time.
They would want to go big for 10 and that might be a way to do it.
Excited about Devil May Cry Netflix season 2! What really bothers me is the fan base that is heavily split on loving and hating it. I think the problem is that people are dead set on the fact that Netflix has to be canon to the games, it is not fully canon to the games and people don’t get that. I have also grown up with dmc just like the rest of us. I will be honest, Netflix is the one that got me back into the games and it is the one anime that I’ve watched the most, but that doesn’t mean that either one is bad.
The same thing has happened to Harry Potter, How to Train your Dragon, and many more before it. Harry Potter movies were based on the book series and many important scenes were cut out of the canon books for the movies. Everybody hated that before hand, but now Harry Potter movies are even more known now than the books. Same with How to Train your Dragon, the movies were also based on a book series where Toothless was a talking Terrible Terror in the books, but the movies basically rewritten the entire franchise to work for the movies and now the movies are even bigger than it has ever been before. All of them are great in their own ways.
Dmc games and Netflix are both great as well and clearly the creators of both the games and Netflix versions care about what they create. Being inspired by a creation that you’ve created your own version and published. It is truly remarkable that someone or many people went above and beyond for our entertainment just to get hate on. I don’t give a damn about what other people think about dmc Netflix (plus it was released on my birthday, what a way to get back into it), I will stand by the creators of this version and give them the credit they deserve for how hard they have worked on this for us, including 2D and 3D animation. It is not going to be perfect or just like how people want it to be, it is a great version on its own.
