Made Cannolis for my boss's last day of work tomorrow.

Had a whole breakdown because I screwed up SO bad with the ricotta filling at first. Like I ruined the entire batch. I have terrible luck with desserts, I always find ways to ruin my recipes, whether it be Creme Brulee, Tiramisu, Puff Pastry, Flan, literally anything that's dessert I've ruined. IDK why I keep knocking myself SO BRUTALLY over simple sweets, but I do. I'm not someone who bakes for the fun of it. It's a task that causes stress. I did this because I felt he was worth the effort, but it's always a test of my value as a dang homemaker, and that's my own mental doing, no one else infringed that on me.
