Just earlier...
I was having trouble breathing. No, I don't have asthma, but now and then, this would happen to me. It's probably because I usually lie on my bed instead of walking or sitting around often, so yeah, I developed a shortness of breath once in a while. I know it's bad, but my body just feels so comfortable on the bed and my back would hurt if I stand for too long. 😝🤪
So, earlier, I was looking up causes of shortness of breath and one cause that showed up was a panic attack. I know that wasn't it, but reading the description, it reminded me of what used to happen to myself during the time when I was still at uni. It just happens out of nowhere. I would be sitting on my bed, watching some drama or Netflix show, and then suddenly, I get this sort of chest pain. Then, came the chills, shortness of breath, and the feeling of fainting within split seconds. Not that I have ever fainted, but that would probably be it. While I was having a panic attack and not knowing that it was it (I seriously thought I either caught a cold or was food poisoned lol), I curled myself up into a ball on the floor and dragged myself to the counter to get some salonpas patches. Like I said, I thought I was sick, so the only thing that came across my mind was salonpas and how it usually works to cure any type of physical pain and aches lol. So yeah... It's crazy how all of that lasted within 10-15 minutes and I didn't know what to do because I lost control over my body.
Solution: I will try to sit more than lying on my bed. Then again, I will be employed in a few months, so hopefully that would help. I've also looked up inhalers just in case something crazy happens to me again and there's no one around to help me out 😭
