So... I have an idea.

Female Illuga!MC, or male Illuga!MC, but they're the reincarnation of either Stelle!MC or Caelus!MC from HSR.

As per usual it's a angst au, what if au where the Trailblazer!MC couldn't bond properly with the Stellaron Hunters, with the Express, or with anyone for that matter. And not for lack of trying. It just seemed like everyone was against them.

Even to the point where they thought the Aeons were in on it too.

But for as for how they ended up as Illuga!MC it was due to the Stellaron inside them. Their body couldn't handle the pressure anymore, and the Trailblazer!MC didn't fight it.

Why should they? They were tired.

So, they closed their eyes, the pain unbearable-

...And wakes up somewhere else. Tuck in a bed, body feeling much smaller than it originally was, and a bandaged wrapped around their neck.

Where were they? Actually... who were they?

-And that's the idea. Feel free to add onto it.

I can see after Trailblazer!MC woke up, Nikita walks in and has to explain that the Lightkeepers had found them as the only survivor of a village that was ransacked by the Wild Hunt.

Nikita asks Trailblazer!MC their name... and they answer honestly.

"I... I don't remember my name... w-who am I?"

Since the way they died was so brutal, I can definitely see them losing their memories, add in that they were now mentally a child now, so the trauma and stress was worse.

Though, considering everything... was it truly bad that they forgot everything? They didn't need to remember the coldness they suffered, the pain and loneliness, the fear-

It was all gone. They were a clean slate now.

Nikita gives them a name, Illuga!MC, and adopts them as his child. It was nice. They liked Piramida, they liked the Lightkeepers that treated him fondly, the nice civilians, everything.

They wanted to become a lightkeeper... and they did just that several years later when they reached young adulthood.

They were happy. They had a special little bird companion called Aedon, had a proud position as the youngest captain of the Nightmare Orioles; their father was proud of them... and he had a special someone.

An oddball of a Lightkeeper who talked like a noble, fought like he was dancing on the battlefield, was a menace at times, and like shiny gems... oh, and Illuga!MC was pretty sure he was a Fae, but they'll wait for him to reveal the truth to them at a later time.

Ah, speaking of the that 'special someone', they're going to be late for their date with him! Better hop to it!

...I think that's all I can add to Illuga!MC in this au, but I got another idea to add to the rest of the HSR verse cast.

Basically, what if after that Stellaron exploded and killed Trailblazer!MC, everything reminded back? Right back to Herta's space station at the beginning of the game.

And when Kafka/Silver Wolf were 'creating' Trailblazer!MC, the Stellaron glowing ominously in Kafka's hand, ready to it shoved into that poor unsuspecting lamb's chest... nothing happens.

They couldn't 'create' Trailblazer!MC, as they already 'existed' somewhere far, far away, hidden in a world where a fake sky hid them... which means this leads to NO Trailblazer!MC joining the Astral Express.

Which also means, the HSR verse is about to unknowingly go through a LOT of shit without Trailblazer!MC being there...

I say Flins brings out their raccoon habits more when they go on dates - he’s a magpie with his trinkets, Illuga!MC can be a raccoon. Some healing, even if Illuga!MC doesn’t know from what.

Illuga!MC is a glowy! Do their scars glow, or are we going with a different idea? Oooo, if it affects the Wild Hunt, what about Rerir? Is he repelled/attracted (not romantically, like a moth!) to Illuga!MC when they’re being shiny? …what’s Flins’ reaction to his lover being shiny?

(Does the Abyss Sibling send their Order to keep an eye on Illuga!MC - To try and find out if they’re like the Twins and/or to see if Celestia is planning on getting rid of them/attacking them like they did the twins? Does Illuga!MC need to look out for kidnapping attempts or are random hilichurls and Abyss mages helpful for no discernible reason?

Yay! Columbina and Illuga!MC friendship! Does the kuuvakhi make Illuga!MC glow silver/blue instead of the usual gold? Anything from the Frostmoon Scions?

Does Sunday join in on the dislike or is he just confused why people are treating TB!MC like that? Let TB!MC have at least one good relationship in HSR, even if they had a few hiccups in the beginning!

And ouch, disappointed Akivili. Perhaps have the Express experience small malfunctions whenever they treat TB!MC badly? AC and heating not working correctly, food going bad quicker than it was supposed to, washing disappearing, etc. While TB!MC isn’t experiencing any of these issues.

…I just had the funniest image of Aha hitting people with one of those oversized cartoon circus clown hammers labelled “Amnesia”. To make sure they didn’t remember TB!MC.

I love the image of Flins being a magpie while Illuga!MC is a raccoon. It's really, super cute! ...How much you want to bet Alice or Nicole concoct some little fairy tale story about 'The Gentleman Magpie and Starlight Raccoon'?

Yes! Illuga!MC's scars do glow! They even sparkle at times if light hits them just right!

When this happens Flins is definitely paying close attention. Like seriously, his eyes go BIG and he is focusing in on his shiny, sparkly, and so very lovely lover~ He likes shiny things, but he LOVES Illuga!MC more.

Now for Rerir... let's go with the idea that it also has a calming effect on him. Whether this keeps him being tossed into the Moon Gate, you decide.

The Abyss Sibling does end up keeping a close eye on their 'new' family member, but currently, there has been no kidnapping attempts.

Oh, and that idea about Kuuvahki making Illuga!MC glow silver/blue is such a good idea! Though, I can see this leading to some of the Frostmoon scions mistaking them as another Moon deity like Columbina.

To Illuga!MC's exasperation, and Columbina's amusement, the misunderstanding sticks!

...For the Dottore bit, I'm not sure how to begin to describe what happened, but I can tell you Illuga!MC does end up having some massive panic attacks because of the doctor. You can blame phantom trauma due to Herta's Space station and the Geniuese Society for that...

But Flins saves them! And they get plenty of cuddles and comfort afterwards!

Now for Sunday, I was originally thinking of having be like the others, but I'm liking the idea of him being cool with TB to Illuga!MC. If only the more time he spent on the Express, the more he realizes the sheer different in treatment the crew was giving them compared to a member that's been there longer than he has...

Big brother Sunday maybe? Possibly... if TB to Illuga!MC let him in. They were too scared if they let him get close to them the other members would start treating him like they treated TB to Illuga!MC.

And YES. Disappointed parent Akivili. THEY are very, very disappointed with THEIR Trailblazers over their treatment of one of their own. So yeah, they become a petty ass ghost on THEIR own Express! ...Though they regret doing it later because the crew became even more cold and angry towards TB to Illuga!MC because they thought they were causing the malfunctions!

Also, LOVE the idea you had of Aha just hitting people with a giant ass, cartoon hammer! It's so on brand for THEM!

Imagine if Akivili manages to get a body again to go visit TB to Illuga!MC again after the timeline reverted? And it's that same Cat Cake.

Gosh, cat you imagine how confused TB to Illuga!MC would be if they wake up and this strange looking 'cat' is somehow in their home.

Do they kick it out? No. It felt almost... familiar. Have they met this 'cat' before in the past? Well, since it's here now, guess they were a 'cat' owner then.

On Akivili's side of things, THEY were very please that THEIR Trailblazer (even if Illuga!MC isn't exactly a Trailblazer now, they will always be one of Akivili's) was doing so well in their new home~

If they do, would it cause the Ratniki to think they were abused - which would explain away any concerning behaviours, however subconscious. (Do they still have the raccoon habits of the Trailblazer?) Do they remember their life as MC (before they were the Trailblazer?)

Do they still have the Stellaron or traces of it? How would that interact with the Wild Hunt - would it repel them? Does Aedon have any side effects from the Stellaron/traces - like turning into a big bird?

Does Illuga!MC glow (- ”lightning scars” or cracks from the Stellaron exploding? Veins glowing gold? -) when experiencing extreme emotions? The Light of the Lightkeepers! 😆 Actually, would Illuga!MC read as non-human/non-human descendant to others? (Mistaken as a Star/whatever the twins are by the Traveller/Abyss Prince(ss)? 👀)

How many Ratniki gave Flins the shovel talk when he asked Illuga!MC out on a date? That is their child Captain. Does Illuga!MC know Columbina? What would their relationship be like as a moon goddess and a (previous) Traveller of the Stars? (For potential Angst: Does Il Dottore notice anything “interesting” about Illuga!MC?)

On the HSR casts’ side: when did the Trailblazer let their Stellaron detonate? Planarcadia, Amphoreus, etc?

The mistreatment of the Planarcadians could’ve been too much after everyone else’s - before the supposed-to-have-been interview with Fulwish TV? What about Amphoreus? Would the TB have bonded with any of the Amphoreus cast only for them to forget them after the cycle reset and then not bond with them again?

Or would the Stellaron detonate before then? Penacony was a shitshow, and then the Astral Express immediately accepted Sunday and gave him a room on the Express. (Would the Trailblazer even get their room in this au or are they sleeping on the Party Car sofas?)

Do the Aeons know about this and what are their opinions on the Trailblazer (and their death if remembered)? Aha at least seems fond of them (in canon), if only because of Akivili. Do THEY have anything to do with Illuga!MC ending up on Teyvat?

Does the HSR world begin to remember TB/Illuga!MC? If so, who remembers first - the Aeons, the Express, the Hunters, the IPC, etc?

Yes TB to Illuga!MC does have scars. They have a nasty one on their chest that creeps up to their neck, giving them the signature canon Illuga neck scar. And yes, that scar is from when the Stellaron imploded in them.

Memory wise, no, they don't carry any memory kf their past life... just phantom pain and fears they don't understand...

An example of a fear they don't understand is their fear of dragons-

Dan Heng! No! They didn't mean to mess up-

-or at least people with draconic features like Durin... but Durin was sweet, so they got used to him. Even if the fear still lingered in the background.

Yes have their raccoon habits, but only slightly and at rare moments. This is mostly because of the Astral Express/Stellaron Hunters/or just anyone 'gently' harshly 'helped' forced them to 'break' their bad habits...

Now for the Stellaron I see Illuga!MC having traces of it in them but thankfully it's no longer a danger to their body or mind. In fact. At most they glow harmlessly like you suggested.

Through the traces and the glow does seemed to repel the wild hunt somewhat, or at least calm them? And yeah, it has a mild affect on Aedon, letting the bird become bigger if it wants to.

And yes, it will become big to smother it's glowly human in cuddles and feathers.

Oh, and it would be interesting if the Traveler and Abyss Sibling mistake Illuga!MC as someone from their race that somehow made it to Teyvat!

As for the question about the Ratnik and Flins? Yeah, so Flins probably had all the Lightkeepers,from new, old, to retired giving him all versions of a shovel talk once it was revealed he asked Illuga!MC out.

Illuga!MC was the lightkeepers child, sibling, best friend, family. So of course everyone in Piramida would be going after Flins with threats.

Illuga!MC and Columbina are friends. I can already tell you that. The Kuuheki of Nod Krai were already VERY fond of Illuga!MC, and Columbina thought they were kind, so they were her dear friend now.

...We don't talk about Dottore-

Now for your other questions, I like to imagine Illuga!MC let the Stellaron detonate during the whole shit show that was Planarcadia and Fulwish.

Also the question about Illuga!MC's sleeping arrangements... no, they don't have their room... or at least a proper room. At most you can call it a closest.

And as for what happened to the room they technically should've gotten was given to Sunday the moment he joined.

TB to Illuga!MC didn't say anything, nor did they complain... it wouldn't help. It never did...

Now, for the Aeons... I'm a little unsure on what their opinions of TB to Illuga!MC could be... Hm... oh. Oh wait, what if Akivili, dead as they may be, somehow yoinks TB to Illuga!MC's soul after they die and chuck it to Teyvat?

If this actually happens in the au I want to also imagine Akivili being deeply disappointed in THEIR current Trailblazers and even Pom-Pom... but at least THEY managed to send TB to Illuga!MC away.

Aha could still be in on the whole thing, helping send Illuga!MC away as a favor for THEIR Akivili.

Now for who remembers first, hm... I feel Aha would remember first, as THEY were the ones to help send TB to Illuga!MC away in the first place.

I see THEM also trying to prevent anyone else from remembering, just... as a precaution. But it's only a matter of time before the HSR characters start remembering... one by one, memory by memory, it'll return to them... starting with a certain group of Trailblazers...

...Also, on a random angsty note, imagine if TB to Illuga!MC originally had a crush on Dan Heng... but you can tell that didn't work out. At least he has Flins now.

Okay so this AU starts like the TB!MC to Illugia!MC one does but with a singular difference, Caelus!MC begins to resent most of the HSR characters he meets

This resentment slowly grows as he goes through the story unknowingly feeding it into the Stellaron and slowly weakening the seal Welt put on it until it reaches a critical point in Amphoreus

The Chrysos heirs actually treat Caelus!Mc like a person and Caelus!MC realizing that he's going to be forced to leave on the express slowly feeds his misanthropy into the stellaron

This all comes to a head when Irontomb awakens and Caelus!MC's Stellaron sensing both Caelus!MC's desire to lash out at those who've mistreated him and Irontomb's hatred decides to kill two birds with one stone and fuses them both together which creates

CAELUSTOMB who upon his creation decides to act on his desire to lash out by strangling Dan heng and then uses the power of the Rememberance to reverse time back to Caelus!MC's creation

But because Caelus!MC already exists as CaelusTomb Stelle is created instead which CaelusTomb witnesses and decides to spoil his basically baby sister by taking care of some future problems

He begins by preventing Phantylia from possessing Tingyun and taking her ship somewhere it can be repaired, he keeps phantylia's soul in his possession so she can't possess anyone else

Then he goes to to menace Sunday into fixing Penacony only to find him already doing that having kept his memories because of the time he almost became an Aeon

Anyways CaelusTomb murders Lygus "Hi Zandar. Bye Zandar" before he begins fixing Amphoreus curing the Chrysos heir's of their defects (E.g Castorice being able to control her touch of death) and deleting the black tide and making Amphoreus into a real place and actually decides to visit the planet, he's walking around Okhema until a Heat seeking Elf slams into his chest, Castorice cries against his chest as she squeezes her arms and legs around him, It takes a bit for CaelusTomb to get over the realization that the Chrysos heirs remember the previous timeline but when he does he hugs her back. "Missed you too Cassie"

"Totally" unrelated but on the Xianzhou yaoqing Feixiao, Moze and Jiaoqiu are having a vague impression that they forgot "someone", someone they wanted to help but they can't quite grasp who they were, only that they reminded them of an abused child

And on the Luofu Huohuo and Guinaifen feel like they've forgotten someone who helped them, someone who was their friend?

If this takes place in a Focalors lives au, the kids will definitely start plotting on how to smuggle Miss Furina!MC back to Astral Express. They even came up with speeches to explain to Mom and Mister Welt why exactly Miss Furina!MC should come with them.

They were not leaving her! The people here were weird and mean!

Meanwhile Stelle!mc is cheering up Dan Heng!mc while March!mc and Caelus!mc are talking to Traveler Lumine, cheerfully might I add.
