Furina!mc coughing up flowers during the time she's known Neuvillette and he never notices her feelings. The Trial happens, Fontaine is free and Furina!mc is hiding as she coughs out more and more flowers. No one knows until Arlecchino hears sounds of vomiting, crying and coughing. Then the knave sees the flowers covered in blood trailing to Furina!mc hunching over with tears in her eyes.

Then the House of Hearth takes the former Hydro Archon when everyone is celebrating, so they could help her. At least, help her in her last moments. Arlecchino holds Furina!mc's hand as the dying woman whispered to Arlecchino that inside her room was boxes of unsent letters for Neuvillette and her will. "Tell Neuvillette... It's not his fault... Could you?" Furina!mc whispered before coughing up a rather large flower. Her eyes close one last time with tears falling down her face.

As the Knave and her children carried out the woman covered in flower petals, many Fontainians froze. Neuvillette froze. No one said anything before Arlecchino quietly said Furina!mc's last words and wishes.

It had never rained so much in all of Fontaine's years.

Soon the Tsaritsa and the rest of the harbingers know. Although days slowly go by as Furina!mc starts to heal from dying, and if this was one of the Married to Neuvillette au's, Furina!mc gets over Neuvillette as the little attachment she had for that becomes hatred instead of fear.

With Furina!mc's permission, The traveler and Paimon learn from Childe that she's back with the help from Dottore. Dottore on the other hand is doing his best to help his mother around and also keep her from meeting the Fatui Director as she would 100% punch him in the face and yell at him.

The other harbingers are betting that Pierro falls in love at first punch. Pantalone isn't apart of the betting because he knows better, and that's to say that he's heard similar stories about men being decked and falling in love with the women that beat them into seeing their strength and beauty.

Pierro would not be prepared for her, lol. Old man probably doesn't even think much of her at first because of her once Hydro Archon status and the fact she was murdered by her own people... but then he opens his big mouth and gets decked on his ass immediately afterwards. 🤣

Dottore literally has to carry a cursing Furina!MC away cause she was spitting curses at a wide eye Pierro, who was still sitting on the floor, all of which were in multiple languages and even flips him off before Dottore drags her out the room.

Pierro is thoroughly charmed by the sassy and angry woman.

I see this au, and turn Alice's reaction from negative into positive because a, this could be a great way for the Blonde elf to piss off a certain consultant by romancing the oblivious bard. Just imagine this:

Alice sees and hears Klee call Venti!mc 'Mama' and then Klee calls Alice 'Mom'. Next thing Venti!mc knows is that the Hexenzirkel founder is flirting with her, causing the bard to turn red.

Yeah, I can see Alice doing that, and boy does it both makes Venti!MC incredibly flustered, and also makes Zhongli incredibly jealous.

And all the while this is happening, Alice is eating up the chaos, and flirting non-stop. 🤣

"Ah, Neuvillette it's fairly easy, for we are playing War, and whoever wins the round with the higher card, moves their chess piece." Venti!mc explained as she felt the winds shift as Zhongli walks in. The Anemo Archon frowns slightly as her friend cheerily smiles after revealing a ten verses the five Venti!mc drew.

"It's a simple strategy game to show control over the chess board while keeping attention on how many cards we have in the end to show we understand war, it's battles and how we can counteract the Tsaritsa." Furina!mc mentioned, as she collects her two cards and places them in her winning pile.

"I've always gotten dizzy from this." Zhongli murmured, shaking his head. Neuvillette silently agreed with the geo usurper, for once.

...Their multi tasking amazes me. Chess AND playing cards??? Oh, and apparently talk shit about the Tsaritsa and her Fatui as well? Jeez-

But Neuvillette agreeing with Zhongli of all people has to be the kicker. If he agrees with the Geo Archon, then it serious- 🤣
