So let me start with history. My mom has straight hair and my father is curly. When I was a kid my mom would straighten my hair with a hot comb and then curl it again like Shirley Temple. This went on until high school but I had no ideawhat to do with my Hair except flat iron, which didn’t last long & I didn’t do anything with my hair. I loved my wild curls in the shower but my mom never let me have it was; my hair had to look like her.

I have used kiddie perms twice in my 20’s, did a Japanese straightening 10 years ago. I’ve dyed my hair 3 times my Hair is very strong & bounces back strong. Now I’ve been “transitioning for 5 years, my Hair is very healthy BUT my Hair has genuine parts that are just strictly straight and the rest is wild. My curls tend to be stringy but still have a curl to it. I braid it every night, I wear a silk cap at night. I use conditioner, leave in conditioner, curling creames. I don’t suffocate or leave it dry. I use the best oils & treat my Hair like a goddess.
