第一课：爹亲娘亲不如毛主席亲

半世纪后再一次社会主义改造

参与内循环，要求港商做政治明白人、接受统战、参与混合所有制改革，能否不重蹈1950年代社会主义改造的覆辙？

在1953年召开第四次全国统战工作会议，主题是研究和部署对资本主义工商业的社会主义改造。当年9月7日，毛邀请民主派人士座谈，发表了《经过国家资本主义完成由资本主义到社会主义的改造》的讲话，提出社改的原则和步骤、方法。官方称，毛的讲话体现了"战略上的坚定性和策略上的灵活性的紧密结合，为具体实施具有中国特色的社会主义改造指明了方向"。

57年后的9月，中共再次发出社会主义改造号令，战略的坚定和策略的灵活没有改变，只是改造的对象和用语变了，改造换成改革，资本主义工商业换成民营经济，公私合营换成混合所有制改革，发出最高指示的由毛换成习。统战部召开全国民营经济统战工作会议，传达了习的"重要指示"。当年既改造企业、也改造资本家个人的方针，在习指示中换成了促进非公有制经济健康发展和非公有制经济人士健康成长。

可圈可点的是，中办的文件第一次明确把在内地投资的港澳工商界人士纳入统战工作对象，也就是说，港人在中国投资的企业、在中国的港商都将成为统战对象、要接受政治任务，包括投身创新驱动发展战略、参与一带一路建设、参与混合所有制改革。当然，港商只要听党的话、愿意团结在党的周围，可以享有成为人大常委、政协常委、特约检察员、特约监察员，甚至入党的政治待遇，並因此享有减少地方官员滋扰、方便申请贷款等特权。而被统战的代价是接受洗脑，在党需要你的时候，像当年荣毅仁那样把全部身家献给党。
