This is hope guys! It means they are trying to improve them. It makes sense it won’t be on Justice, and personally, I rather their relationship stay on Fire. It makes more sense to do it on Fire since Justice will mainly focus on cases. Not saying Kara won’t guest star on Justice, I’m sure she might. Maybe next season anyway. But it’ll only be like a minute scene since they need to focus on other characters.
