I highkey got so lonely writing this but like I ship it so...
So you guys met in like the band hall (you were staying after for a musical rehearsal and she was leaving Jazz Band).
You guys were like instantly tight because you’re both pretty artsy and it was something to talk about.
You told her you liked her by playing her a song on your ukulele (definitly not Falling in Love by Elvis) and she called you basic.
But then she was like “you’re fucking adorable wanna go to dinner with me”
You guys aren’t like obnoxiously gay but you both do cute little couple things despite anything anyone dares say to you (god forbid Zoe).
She’s pretty calm and rational but she cannot stand it when people are rude to you.
That thing where she like comes up behind you and puts her head on your shoulder and her arms around your waist (or vise versa) and like you just kinda sway as you stand there talking to your friend group.
She loves to stay up late with you (on the phone or in person) sometimes (she’s always dead the next morning but she says it’s worth it to talk to you) and you guys will talk while staring at your ceiling or playing games on your phones.
You go to all of each other’s events. You’re at every Jazz Band concert and she’s at every musical and play. Sometimes, when you aren’t particularly broke, you bring each other flowers.
She laughs at ALL of your jokes. I’m talking all of your jokes, because she thinks you ARE hella funny and highkey wants you to be more confident.
Idk if you’re into activism at all, but I hc that Zoe is, so maybe pride and/ or marches with her.
Sleepovers (it doesn’t have to be sexual either just cuddling and sleeping in the same bed idk)
At those sleepovers having deep, philosophical conversations with Connor after Zoe falls asleep (platonic don’t worry)
