I must not take up roller skating. Roller skating is the Me Killer. Roller skating is the big-death that will lead to my total obliteration as a fall risk. I will not roller skate. I will permit the urge to roller skate pass over me and out my head thru the missing piece of my skull from brain surgery. And when it has zoomed past, I will turn my saved vision to see a path that will not lead me to cracking open my fragile head because I can't even keep my balance in socks half the time goddammit
