This simple slow cooker recipe only needs three things to make deliciously tender pulled pork. Great for busy days when you want a quick and easy meal that still tastes good!
Ingredients: 2 lbs pork tenderloin. 1 cup barbecue sauce. 1/2 cup chicken broth.
Instructions: Place pork tenderloin in the slow cooker. Pour barbecue sauce and chicken broth over the pork. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until pork is tender and easily shreds. Once done, shred the pork using two forks and mix with the sauce in the slow cooker. Serve on buns or over rice, if desired.
