Swordfish was sitting in the back of the cave. He’d messed up. Again. He’d let something slip, and Fangtooth was mad at him again. He didn’t understand why he was like this. Why couldn’t he just-There was the sound of claws clicking on stone. He growled, tail swishing in annoyance. What now?! “You moping again, Fish?” Swordfish bared his teeth, whipping around to face the sandwing who had entered. Busken was smiling nonchalantly, his curled tail swaying gently. “Shut up, camel face,” he snarled, “don’t you have other dragons to annoy?”“Nope,” Busken said brightly. “Just you.”Swordfish let out a frustrated growl, wings flaring in frustration. He took to pacing back and forth. “So what’s the complaint today?” Busken asked. The sandwing laid down in his sleeping spot on the cave floor. “Water too cold? Sun too hot? Girlfriend not cooperati-”“JUST SHUT UP!” Swordfish yelled. “SHUT. UP. YOU DON’T EVEN CARE, DO YOU?!” His gills fluttered angrily. “You only care about sand lizards and the next time you get to rub sand in my gills.
