050:365 | Bibingkang Bugok // So, I tried this out because my workmates said I should try it. What is it? It is also called Bibingkang Itlog made of unfertilized duck eggs that is usually thrown out. It tasted okay, a bit like tortang itlog and didn't smell like I was expecting and it is also paired with spicy vinegar. My workmates said that there are other people who really cooks it and gives out a really rotten egg smell when you eat it (they call it "Abnoy") but this one just had a hint but is not really noticable. Will I eat it again?
