i need to bite something the way you drew kyoshi looking at rangi makes me feral
💜💜💗💜 Kyoshi is so head over heels for her glowing girl 🥰❤️
@buckysleftarm wrote some words, based on ‘Talk’ by Hozier, and i drew some things to go along with it
INTERNET DAD how do you reply to job rejection emails? are you supposed to reply to them? i feel like a "thank you for letting you know" thing seems disingenuous.
Ehhh *waggles hand* if it’s a form rejection, like obviously it was auto-generated, there’s no need to respond.
If it’s from someone you’ve been working with during the interview process, like someone who interviewed you and is letting you know that they went with another candidate, I like to respond with something like “Thank you for letting me know! I wish you luck with your new employee and I hope you’ll keep me in mind for future positions. I’ll be sure to keep an eye on your job website!”
It’s good manners to acknowledge an email and to show that you can handle rejection, it lets them know that you’re in earnest about working for the company, and you never know, they might really think of you when another job comes up. :) GOOD LUCK!
Tony, PTSD, and Bucky CA:CW
*SPOILERS FOR CA:CW* Ok, so, we all know Tony has PTSD. We all know that he doesn't need the reactor to live in more, just power the suit. But I want to go back to IM1. One of the most pivotal scenes in the movie is when Stane takes the reactor out of Tonys chest, leaving him to die. The only other time we see someone trying to touch the reactor/take it out with bad intent is when Bucky is trying to pry the reactor out of the suit. Now, Tony might not need it to live anymore, but like I said, Tony has PTSD. Put yourself in Tonys shoes. You just saw your friend get severely injured because his reactor was out of function. Not even ten years ago, a man you trusted a majority of your life pried your own out of your chest when you needed it to live. Of course you are going to panic. And what will your first action be? To try and get the thing attacking the reactor away... And what is one of the quickest and most effective way to do that? Shoot out the unibeam. I'm not saying it's completely ok what Tony did, but I have a feeling he was panicking, and wasn't thinking clearly, and reverted to instincts. Plus, I bet F.R.I.D.A.Y. and/or the suit was also reading his emotions and acted most accordingly by machine thinking. Tonys PTSD is strong, and he needs help, and both he and Bucky suffered direct consequences from it.

Teaching or "teaching"
AY I GOT A QUESTION SO LIKE in the us we have english class where we do grammar and literature and stuff and then language classes are titled by the language do you guys have italian classes where you do grammar and lit like what is that called? I have wondered for so long
of course we have yea!it’s precisely like in usa with english.. only in italian. italian gramar is hellish, its extremely complicated for kids to learn bcs there are almost more exceptions than rules so more often than not italians dont speak correct italian.. i think you have italian literature classes in all levels of schools and possibly al kinds of high schools and sometimes in universtiies as well. and same for othr languages grammar/lit classes even if those aren’t modnatory as well for all schools...
@buckysleftarm kris i mm not strong enough to do that, i can't even date one girl at a time and you think i can handle two?? absolute foolery
