True story, I never knew this song was about Lindsey until @officialfleetwoodmac sent me an audio link of Chris talking about it. According to the clip, Chris wrote the song about her intuition that Lindsey would be leaving the band (which he did end up doing). She said she took that idea and made it into a love song bc that’s what she does. So the truth is, the song IS about Lindsey and you can infer what you will 😉.
