I wanted to experiment in different brushes for this and it's been a while since I did a simple sketch board pic. It's nice to do something easy again.

My thoughts on it goes as follows:

Airbrush: Fun but should stick with coloring or concept art. I don't have a firm enough grasp on it as a creative tool to accomplish anything crazy.

(Sidenote: this one is my favorite despite that, just because it's a vibe.)

Crayon: Fun with linework and detailing. The coloring for the kiwi fruit is really appealing to me visually but there isn't any opacity adjustments for the crayon - which can be annoying for coloring all on one layer.

Pen tool: The cleanest, by far. Figures, given the pen tool isn't exactly rocket surgery.

Dot Pen: I did this for funsies. This isn't for actual drawing.

Gradient & Lasso: This is an art style I use sometimes for my work, so having it on display compared to the others serves to show how much different it looks compared to the others. No/few lines - simultaneously smooth in terms of color and hard in terms of shape. Serves its purpose, but not much else.
