#drawing practice

Going on runs can be torture at times but holy hell can they be a relief as well. As of late, I've actually been doing 3 mile runs to help vent some of my excess energy and clear my headspace more. Exercise, to me, serves not only as a means to improve one's physical health but provide a period in which your mind is distracted purely on something basic like ensuring proper form or tracking reps. Thus, it allows me to mentally unplug from my thoughts and fears for at least like ... 30-60 minutes a day.

A remake of a prior piece from WAY BACK on Day 37. This took a hell of a lot less time (obviously, given the colors) but also I learned a lot of skills that Ive grown to apply here.
