The cute Rudolph Brownie Pops are tasty and don't contain gluten, so they're great for people who have to watch what they eat. They're a fun treat that everyone will enjoy!
Ingredients: 1 box gluten-free brownie mix. Water, vegetable oil, and eggs as per brownie mix instructions. Gluten-free pretzel twists. Red candy-coated chocolates e.g., M&M's. Candy eyes. Miniature pretzel twists. Dark chocolate chips or candy melts.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the brownie mix box. Prepare the brownie batter according to the instructions on the box, substituting any gluten-containing ingredients with their gluten-free alternatives. Pour the batter into a greased brownie pan and bake according to the instructions, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the brownies cool completely, then cut them into squares and carefully insert a lollipop stick into each square. Melt the dark chocolate chips or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl according to the package instructions. Dip each brownie pop into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's completely coated, and let any excess chocolate drip off. Place two candy eyes on each brownie pop and a red candy-coated chocolate for the nose. Break the gluten-free pretzel twists in half and gently press them into the top of each brownie pop to resemble antlers. For Rudolph's ears, gently press miniature pretzel twists into the sides of the brownie pop, just above the eyes. Allow the chocolate to set completely before serving.
