There's something rich about brownies, tangy about mixed berries, and creamy about cheesecake in these Mixed Berry Cheesecake Crumble Bars.
Ingredients: 1 box brownie mix. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 2 cups mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 tablespoon cornstarch. 8 ounces cream cheese, softened. 1/4 cup powdered sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. A 9x13-inch baking pan should be greased. Put brownie mix and melted butter in a bowl and mix them together. Evenly press the mixture into the bottom of the pan that has been prepared. Mix berries with granulated sugar and cornstarch in a different bowl. Toss the berries until they are well coated. Place on top of the brownie layer. Cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract should be mixed together in a different bowl until they are smooth. Spread it on top of the berries. To make a crumble topping, sprinkle flour over the cream cheese layer. After the oven is hot, bake it for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the middle is set. Let it cool all the way down before cutting it into bars. Have fun!
