Ingredients: 1 box chocolate cake mix. 3 large eggs. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 1 cup water. 24 Oreo cookies. 1 box chocolate instant pudding mix. 2 cups milk. 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies. 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened. 1/2 cup butter, softened. 4 cups powdered sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Gummy worms optional, for decoration.
Instructions: Warm your oven up to 350 F 175C and put paper liners in a cupcake tin. Put the eggs, vegetable oil, water, and chocolate cake mix in a mixing bowl. Mix everything together well. In the bottom of each cupcake liner, put an Oreo cookie. Cover the Oreo in the cake batter and put it in each liner. Bake in an oven that has already been heated for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle of a cupcake comes out clean. Let the cupcakes cool all the way down. Mix the instant pudding mix with milk in a different bowl to make the chocolate pudding. Allow it to sit for some time so that it gets thicker. After the cupcakes have cooled, make a hole in the middle of each one with the end of a wooden spoon or something similar. Put the chocolate pudding mix that you made into the holes. Once the cream cheese and butter are soft, mix them together in a different bowl until they are smooth and creamy. Slowly add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract while mixing. Keep mixing until everything is well combined. Cover the holes in the cupcakes with cream cheese frosting that you pipe on with a tip. To make the frosting look "dirty," sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies on top of it. Add gummy worms as a fun garnish if you want to. While you wait to serve, put the cupcakes in the fridge. Have fun with your tasty Oreo Dirt Poke Cupcakes!
