We were called out to this property as there was a wet area around water meter & front hose tap. Upon excavation of area around water meter & hose tap we found a massive tree root from a large gum tree planted next to the water meter was growing around copper water pipeline. After we cut out the massive tree root from around copper water pipeline we found the split in the copper water pipeline due to the tree root.
