Hey David! Would you recommend me to search a conlang that is evolved from a natural language like Trigedasleng?
Off the top of my head, I recommend Brithenig. Won the Smiley Award back in 2013. A very good example of a naturalistic a posteriori conlang.

Hey, do people ever make constructed varieties of natural languages?
Yes indeed! This is a branch of a posteriori conlanging.Ā āA posterioriā in the context of conlanging means deriving the grammar and vocabulary from an already existing source. Sometimes thatās creating an auxlang, like Esperanto, whose grammar and vocabulary come primarily from Romance languages, but sometimes conlangers will create a posteriori artlangs, where the goal is to create another plausible (or perhaps lost) sister/daughter language from a specific language family. Another popular type of a posteriori language is to take a given language and apply anotherās language sound changes to itālike Jan van Steenbergenās Wenedyk or Andrew Smithās Brithenig. The results are always cool to look at! So yeah, stuff like this does exist, but it often doesnāt get a lot of attention outside the conlanging community. Thanks for the ask!

Brithenig may not have been the first altlang, but amongst the altlangs of the early 90s it's the best known, and one of the most highly regarded. Furthermore, it gave rise to an entire movement within the online conlanging community, and either directly or indirectly inspired a number of other excellent conlangs (some of which will likely be getting Smileys in the future).

Hey! I'm a huge fan of the show and your work and I find the detail end effort you invest to be phenomenal :) ! I was just wondering what other show/movie/developed languages you like the most or that you think are extremely complex in structure?
Iām glad you asked! There are a bunch of conlangs Iām a fan of, but Iāve awarded seven of them (so far) a Smiley Award. I established the Smiley Award several years back just to give recognition to conlangs, since conlangs didnāt get much recognition back then (and those that arenāt attached to media franchises still donāt). I have yet to write up this yearās, but Iāve got one in the works.
