0001 Double Dip Apple Cider
Started 4/1/2014 20 organic Granny Smith cold pressed apples. Boil Pasturized. Added more yeast 4/7/2014 as I may have killed the first population by adding to pasturized apple cider while still hot.
Conditioned 4/20/2014. Conditioned with UV treated applecider, farmer's blend. Made 8 ounce cherry batch. Added too many dried cherried and it exploded after I gave a tasting then added water to fill back up and continue conditioning. Of the remaining Gallon batch, 1/2 gallon fermenting continued cold for a dry cider. 1/2 gallon cold conditioning for a sweet fizzy brew.
