The title of my ebook is still a working title but for now Iâm running with A Match Made in Heaven: Design and Copy. My theme is Graphic Design and Writing. I think itâs interesting the parallels between authors and designers and we have read about already. Designers convey to an audience through visual elements, while authors convey through written word. Design and writing are just different forms of language, I think the uses of both allows one to be a better communicator. Which is why I think many designers also become authors. Itâs no longer enough to use space, color, lines, and shapes to get a point across. Just like using story, pace, tone, and perspective is no longer enough to keep and audience enticed. So, in conclusion Iâd like to convey in my ebook how the forms of design and writing make for better messages when used together, two halves of one whole.Â
