Wednesday, Wednesday, Wednesday ...

Sitting in the sunshine waiting for car to get the 'yay' or 'nay' as to roadworthiness. Just had her all spruced and cleaned and hoping the old gal gets a thumbs up for another year. Surely I should get positive points for her being shiny? ;-D

In other news ... I've just seen a Brennans bread van ... they're everywhere!!

It's Christmas today and all throughout the fandom, as in life, we are adjusting to the disruption of holiday traditions. Here at DOTD we are accustomed to our annual pictures of Harry in Cheshire, Louis from his birthday night out via the paps and in Doncaster via sisters, Niall and his hometown bros living it up in Mullingar, Liam posting us a message (okay so that's the same this year), and maaybe a little something hinting that Zayn exists via his mum. This year all is topsy turvy, the boys are presumably celebrating in some way wherever they are (Anne and Gemma both tell us that they are not with Harry but don’t say where he is, Maya posted implying that Liam was in London with her, the others are silent), I simply hope they are all able to, as Liam wishes for us, “have a good one or as good as you can.”

But that's not to say we haven't gotten any presents this year! The Brazilian fans are always there for us- today we got an unseen of Louis from the infamous 2014 Rio escapades (partying, pools, bread van transport, a lot of drinking, Harry and Louis getting photographed in public holding hands which is likely to do with the previous, and Harry being so excited about it all that he got the Brasil tattoo.) What of it, you ask, we've seen plenty of pics of them from that day! Yeah, well the caption really elevated it-- “the night I danced funk with Harry Styles, but only took a picture with his man,” but also the fact that it’s from that night. She was like you guys the caption was a JOKE, I only saw them “hugging very friendly,” but the joke's on the official narrative: the point isn't that we thought she knew something, it's that contrary to the official story of the time her picture shows that Louis was there that night, and that for sooooome reason there was need to lie about that and claim he wasn’t. And in other cheery gifts of the season, an old picture showing Louis buying one of the Christmas trees that he had delivered to “his Hampstead home” (Harry’s house) from a place called Pines and Needles (lol), and unverifiable anon stories of 1) Harry and Louis being menaces and partying together, revealed to the fan supposedly by probably Oli a friend of theirs, AND 2) a story of them ordering from a drive through fast food window while high AF, both pretty believable tales tbh and a real consistent theme here today.

Liam posted a Christmas pic of himself posing with an enormous tree (is that his new house?? It looks like a hotel lobby!) and we got the final day of the LP Advent alarm! He and Roman wish us Merry Christmas, remind us that all the proceeds went to Trussel Trust and UNICEF, thank you for listening blah blah etc, Liam says he hears us that we love it and want more and that might happen in the future (I for one am in!), and then it ends on the perfect note to hilariously sum up the alarm's vibe and journey over the last weeks, accidentally cutting Liam off mid sentence, LMAO.
