i’m gonna answer this again because i read so many great books this year! i really, really recommend The Devourers by Indra Das. It’s this incredibly written, incredibly queer book about werewolves in india, and a human woman who makes friends with one of the werewolves in order to exact revenge on her rapist. it’s told from the point of view of a man who claims to be half werewolf, and the professor who helps him translate the letters he carries with him.Â
