Not so adventurous but the zucchini and yellow squash had to be used first! Here I braised a shank in a marinara sauce for a couple hours. Sauteed the squashes with red onion on some ghee and added to the meat at the end. Easy! I made this because I had defrosted the meat and we ended up eating out on Friday!
