thank you peach ! the brains is the one with all the brain cells . they’re often the only sane man . they’re a straight shooter with no time for bullshit . a mathematical mind suited for puzzle solving, the group would absolutely get nowhere without the brains . the brains is like rory gilmore if rory didn’t go off the fucking rails by the end of the show . the brains has a bright future, and if finances weren’t a factor for one reason or another i could absolutely see them going to an ivy league or mit or stanford or oxford or summ fancy shmancy like that . i think their board might be my favorite, just because there’s some absolutely ridiculous memes in there that really sell it for me . the brains isn’t the best with people, to be honest . they’ve got their best friends in the hero, lancer, and heart, but the three of them have known the brain long enough to accept them for their idiosyncratic self . they’re very dogmatic and set in their ways, it’s the brains way or the highway . like most of the skeletons, the brains grew up relatively poor, i’d argue they might be the least well off of any of them ––– and if you add the aspect of being a poc ( if you choose to follow that route –– but do keep in mind there’s only one white fc rec for the brains skeleton, and that’s for a reason . . . ) ––– the brains has had a hell of a fight to receive the education that a mind like theirs deserves . stem isn’t exactly the friendliest environment for anyone but cis heterosexual white men, lmao, so that’s something to keep in mind with this skeleton . the brains is the only one in the group with any brain cells . they’re the one with all the common sense & problem solving skills, though sometimes they’re a pain in everyone’s ass .
