blayer from my stockpiles
We talked about this a while ago but I’ve been in a brainplayer mood listening to Rewrite the Stars again but this time Ni/Co’s cover. With the cancellation and all, it’s actually making me cry a bit ( ᵒ̴̶̷̥́ n ᵒ̴̶̷̣̥̀ )
T_T this song is even MORE them now. I have been thinking about so many Brainplayer aus… :,) forgive me for being convoluted, but Missing Link Player 2 being potentially being scrapped makes me think of Roxas and his twilight town friends… Player and Roxas being a ghost who existed, yet never lived at all. I can envision Brain looking through Scala records. He finds traces of Player 2—or perhaps the lack thereof. His mind is a mess, so he seeks the truth. And just when Brain is about to solve the missing link, everything just… gets wiped… corrupted… lost. Player 2 is the code Brain could never crack, yet he spends the rest of his life attempting to (AKA YEARN). Brain keeps asking himself: how could i rewrite this history? This code??? The missing link of Ephemer’s legacy? The stars above contort in the darkness, teasing him about the unknown. If Luxu graced him with the chance to continue living, is it selfish of him to rewrite the stars?
Short answer: yes
Long answer: whatever this is
