memories kind of look like this, to me. I have no trouble recalling things which have happened, recalling feelings that were felt, concepts — I don’t think I have memory issues, is what I mean — but I do have trouble remembering anything in a visual sense; faces, places, etc. If I saw them, I’d know that I’d seen them before, but trying to imagine those things in my head on-the-spot is an impossible feat. I think they call it aphantasia? Anyways, this kind of represents what that’s like for me.
