In a moment of inspiration while reading InnerOuterPeace - a project about finding inner balance I thought about what is the link between the mind and the akashic records. Here’s my input on the subject.
What do brain frequencies have to do with accessing akashic records?
Well…just about everything!
Let’s face it, very few of us stop to consider how our brains actually work.
We know that we can think, experience emotions, solve problems, and occasionally have flashes of inspiration. Â But, why, and how, does this all happen, and what does it mean for accessing akashic records?
A lot of it has to do with our brainwaves.  Put simply, our brains are ‘alive’ with electrical currents, often referred to as ‘brainwaves’.
When we are active and alert, these currents or brainwaves ‘pulse’ at a much higher frequency than when we are at rest or asleep.
This information hides an extremely powerful concept that you can immediately put to your advantage in learning how to access akashic records.
After reading this article, you will have all the information you need to guide and control your own brainwaves, putting you in the right state to access the akashic realms.
It has long been known that brainwaves occur in four different frequency ranges, according to the level or type of brain activity that is occurring. Â These ranges, or states, have been given the names of the Greek letters beta, alpha, theta and delta. Â The frequencies are expressed in Hertz (Hz), or pulses per second.
The beta state (> 12 Hz) is where our concentration is at a peak, and we have heightened alertness.
We are in this state when we are trying to solve a problem, or having a discussion at work, or even an ordinary conversation that requires all our attention. Â It is the state in which we tend to feel most stressed, arising from everyday tensions through to situations of extreme danger.
The alpha state (8 – 12 Hz) is one of relaxation, where we can begin to access our creative powers.
If we sit back, close our eyes and clear our mind, we are in alpha. It is a state in which solutions and good ideas tend to come to us. We feel little or no stress. The alpha state also occurs when we are focused on something we really enjoy, and our sense of time and of having to struggle disappears.  Athletes often refer to it as being in ‘the zone’.
The theta state (4 – 8 Hz) is a deeper meditative state, where we can get direct access to the unlimited powers of the subconscious mind and can access higher powers such as extra-sensory perception.  Aside from meditative practice, it typically occurs just before we are about to go to sleep, or just after we have woken.  This is why great ideas tend to come to us at such times.
The delta state (< 4 Hz) occurs when we are in deep sleep, which is essential for the body to heal and repair itself. Â It can also occur during extremely deep meditation.
You will have noticed that the most powerful states for our brains to operate in are those that lie below the ordinary, everyday beta state. Â These are the states at which you can start accessing akashic records
When we regularly spend time in the alpha and theta states, we greatly reduce our stress levels, improve our overall health and productivity, and open up our minds to the infinite powers that lie within and beyond us.
The great news is that we don’t have to spend years going through tortuous meditative training to achieve these results.
Many people are reaping huge benefits from the new technologies that allow us to quickly and easily access the brain states we desire. The best way to do this is through guided audio programs, some of which are specifically made to help you in accessing akashic records.  © Accessing Akashic Records
