Why does Aldi have an evil aura that sends my phone into a boot loop every time I go in?

Been playing Fallout 4 again and finally got to the endgame on my current save. Through siding with the Institute, I'd lost Boston Airport as a settlement. Where I'd left one of the Creation Club dogs. So in the epic final battle with the Brotherhood, an immortal Dalmatian appeared that survived every explosion and kept yipping every two seconds whilst nipping at everyone's heels, facing off multiple synths. It was more of a problem than Elder Maxon in his power armor. Unlike the rest of the Brotherhood, it survived the entire area blowing up and came back like nothing happened after the final battle. I dread to think what will happen if you send every single Creation Club dog to one of these settlements.
