CEO James Bodenstedt, who is a franchise owner and not Wendy’s actual CEO, gave Trump over $440,000 for his reelection campaign. Hundreds of Immokalee farmworkers and supporters took over the block outside Wendy’s headquarters in New York Nov. 18. Inside the upscale Manhattan offices were several of Wendy’s board of directors. The fast food giant refuses to pay the workers that pick their tomatoes a penny more per pound.
