Absolutely not. I don't know why people have twisted things into that story. It had to be approved by the people in charge of BoxPark. But being approved doesn't mean they are giving any credibility to the truth of the statement. It only mean the sign was deemed appropriate to be shown to the public (a in, it's not pornographic or inapropriate).
People are taking things way too far. As far as any of us is aware, BoxPark isn't connected to Harry or his team. Anyone can send in things to be displayed on the screen.
