Today I got back on the Met stairs and did a plyometric workout consisting of x1 warm up climb at 12m30sec and the 2nd climb I boxed hopped all the way to floor 40. Two step hops most of the way but since the floors are not even I had to hop 3 steps at the end of each flight. So to throw some numbers at you I hopped 856 steps non-stop mostly 2 at a time.
