But I think he just wants to make me look like a big fat cat 🐈 with a yarn ball. LOL 😂 ➖➖➖➖ 🤛In all seriousness, you can have all the muscle 💪🏼 in the world but without movement skills it's really good for nothing (besides bathroom selfies). Plus, it trains the 🧠brain. Many people are saying that's a really important part of the body. ➖➖➖➖ ✅Just put the headband on and go to work. There are 3 different size balls: large, medium, and small. I'm using the large beginner black ball and it's still really challenging to find your rhythm (as demonstrated by my seizure halfway through the video). I love this for warmups, cooldowns, and active recovery.
