It’s a dog! A weird, bipedal, googly-eyed dog. I always thought this was some kind of goblin until I checked the Wiki. It must be the lack of a nose on the sprite. That’s for weird dogs, like Poochy and Polterpup. Bowbow is just a weird dog. Not quite weird enough for italics, but still respectably weird.

Bowbow appears in the Big City level, and I like that the enemies in the city level are pretty much all things you would find in an actual city. This game has different enemies for each environment, and even though they often behave exactly the same as previous enemies, it’s nice that they change it up like that.
