Minotaurs (Labyrinthborn, Hornkin) A fae species of powerful horned humanoids descended from ancient labyrinth magic. Known for their immense physical strength, instinctive spatial awareness, and powerful memory. Minotaurs are natural navigators, builders, and guardians. Unlike centaurs, they are fully bipedal, broad-bodied, and heavily built, with beast traits centered on the head, horns, tail, legs, and sometimes patches of fur.

Subspecies:  Bovine Minotaurs Classic cows, bulls, buffaloes, bisons, yaks. The strongest and most common. Usually tied to endurance, agriculture, and warfare.

Caprine Minotaurs Goats, rams, ibexes, markhors. More agile, mountain-adapted, stubborn, and excellent climbers. Often philosophers or hermits.

Cervine Minotaurs Deer, elk, moose, caribou. Taller and leaner, associated with forests, seasons, and ancestral rites. Antlers regrow.

Antilopine Minotaurs Gazelles, oryx, wildebeests. Fastest branch. Elegant, swift, excellent duelists.

Boar Minotaurs Wild boars, warthogs. Aggressive, fearless, famously hard-headed. Often mercenaries.

Highland Minotaurs Musk oxen, shaggy cattle. Cold-adapted, thick fur, highly communal.
