Pro Heros and Dealing with Children (pt. 2)
The first part of this hc got a very positive response, and I said Iād probably come back with more ideas. And GUESS WHAT?! I have more ideas. So hereās the bakusquadĀ dealing with children.
- Katsuki is the best out of all of them at interacting with kids. He can rein them in a take the lead. He inspires MANY kids (with both his words and his fighting skills). He can make almost any kid laugh. And somehow he can create a meaningful connection with basically any kid he interacts with. The rest of the members (specifically Mina and Denki) whine about the fact that their explosive friend better at dealing with kids than them a lot.
- Denki is also pretty good at it. Heās a child at heart so he doesnāt have a problem with connection, but heās kind of bad at reining them in and taking charge (no pun intended...okay maybe just a little).
- Minaās appearance and high energy scares especially timid kids. Her fanbase is mostly 8-16 year old girls and strong women, since sheās big on female empowerment. Most younger kids canāt quite match her energy and this makes it harder for her to connect with them, but she can definitely take charge when necessary.Ā
- Hanta is pretty realistic and down-to-earth, so heās probably the closest to Katsukiās level. Heās a good listener and heās funny so connecting with kids is no issue, and he can give good advice and take the lead when he needs to. But little kids donāt quite find him as interesting or inspiring as some of the flashier heros (Shoto, Deku, Bakugou).Ā
- Eijirouās fanbase is mostly teens and adults because he looks pretty badass and mean even if heās not using his quirk, so sometimes he scares little kids without meaning to (especially when he goes Unbreakable). Heās nice to everyone and is smiling most of the time (though he can stand up for himself and sets boundaries), but I feel like heās in kind of the same boat as Deku when it comes to dealing with little kids. Heās nice and positive (kids like him), but he doesnāt really know what to say to build a meaningful connection with them.
Thatās it! Iāll most likely continue this hc series later, but I got another headcanon series idea where I do different heroās (mostly 1-A kids, but I might do other characters depending on when inspiration hits) insecurities and who helps them deal with them (friends, partners, parents, teachers, it really could be anyone). I was gonna start with Sero, so keep an eye out for that ig. Itās going to be calledĀ āHeros Also Need Helping Handsā.Ā
