Well I’m pretty sure it is the way it is so you get a chance to farm the bosses for their stuff for their cell. If you only go to streak 7 you get 12 balls of fire so you will have to keep fighting him. Probably will be ridiculously hard by that point.

Between 2 & 3, he handed control over to Cell, his smol bean of a sister, ppl flipped shit because she’s a lot younger than he is. 8 years younger. but she manages. they’re viciously protective of each other and kinda scary when they join forces
but yeah Cell wanted Dante in her cabinet, he hates politics so he ““politely declined””, he happened to be in New York City when Zinyak attacked and he got picked up. what a coincidence right
