Are there any restrictions on who can have phalloplasty? I have small forearms with small wrists so I worry I wouldn't be a candidate for RFF, but also my thighs aren't skinny so I worry they wouldn't approve me for ALT. How strict is the London team?
Not everyone is eligible for all types of phalloplasty but I’ve never heard of an instance where there isn’t any options that are suitable at all. Having small forearms and wrists isn’t necessarily a barrier to having RFF either, although you may not achieve quite so large a phallus as someone with bigger arms or be asked to try to gain some weight before surgery.
There is also the pubic phalloplasty procedure that you could consider if you haven’t already.  They will be able to go through all the various options and the realistic outcomes for you if you see them for a consultation so that you can make an informed decision.
