Hey all u fantastically great women out there. Many of u already know I've been doing some things in the fitness realm. I have in a way come to be an advocate for the health & wellness of the older, mature generation. I'm focusing my personal training on the generations that's mostly over looked, Women (Men too) in the 40's, 50's, 60's and even 70's. Bringing first-hand experience, as I myself am 56, I train mostly women and do allot of one on ones. (but I have sumthin alil different 4 men coming though) I wanna reach more people who really want to see the best in themselves. Longevity, mobility, being free of ailments and so-called dis-ease is your right in the creation. You can heal inside your body by changing what you eat- put in it, which will definitely show up on the outside, especially coupled with physical training. Can we start practicing more self love in this regard. Some people will clean their house, car, laundry but won't clean your temple that you put those clean clothes on.
