Oh dear, that fic is long! And I have no memory! XD do you still remember a fav line from that fic? I'd love to know!

For me, from the first chapter, it'd be:

It seems to be a difficult endeavor, and how could it be any different? She remembers now that the water she had drowned in, over and over, is the ocean, the largest body of water there is. How could they get to her at all?

5. Who falls asleep while watching a movie?

ohh that's a tough one! I feel like it would depend on the movie? I think they'd probably have different taste in films and take turns picking a movie. Philippa falls asleep during Michael's documentaries, and Michael nodds off during Philippa's thrillers with way too chaotic storylines :D they both stay awake during romance movies, though neither would admit to anyone else that they're watching those, too.

6. Who falls asleep last, watching the other with a small affectionate smile?

I think that could happen both ways, but I just immediately pictured Philippa, perched up on one ellbow to get a better look on Michael's face, peaceful in her sleep, and she pushes a strand of Michael's short curls from her forehead, smiling down at her, so thankful to have this wonderful woman in her life... <3

50. Who gets overwhelmed by small acts of kindness?

Michael probably? With her partly Vulcan upbringing, she's still not entirely used to the ways humans show emotions and give gifts in not very logical moments, and once Philippa made her cry by bringing her a copy of a scientific journal she had been looking for for ages, and Philippa had to miss out on a tour she wanted to go on, to instead visit the library she had located the journal in, but she wanted to get it for Michael, and now Michael is just entirely overwhelmed... they love each other so much <3

Obviously alone from the title I could already guess that it would fit the witch hunt scene, plus like metaphor-y, but I just listened to it and it fits them So Well actually hhh now I'm just thinking about Andromache after Quỳnh is taken from her and she is burned at the stake the way they had both expected to be except it is just her now, all 'I stand alone and embrace my fiery fate', don't think about how dying and physical pain would be nothing against the knowledge that Quỳnh is trapped and she still can't get away to save her, how Andromache would try to push back the pain to be able to think and come up with a plan to get free and find Quỳnh, not knowing that it is a futile endeavour, not yet-
