"nutrient power" is a pearl, really amazing. to procede with the starting dose read "depression free naturally" of joan larsson and "antianxiety food solution" by trudy scott. dr scott give better orientations on zinc and b6 than joan larsson, but joan larsson explain better the other nutrients. buy the 2 books.

so i saved money
by switching to geico actually ordering the textbooks for my spanish history class, and with that money, i went ahead and bought more books. I got: - Hopscotch (because my previous copy was lost) - The Kite Runner (in case i ever need to cry again) - The Stranger (because something about owning it feels mandatory) - Shampoo Planet (because i need some sort of token object to legitimize my connection to the 90s) - Invisible Monsters (because it was for a dollar, and i need to know that author for something other than fight club.) I almost bought a David Foster Wallace book, because I've really been wanting to as well, but 5 books were pricy enough. chances are, i won't even get to these books until summer, but having them is more than okay with me. this post is really just more procrastination from finals. but don't tell anyone.
