had a long day of doing nothing. guess what time it is
ranboo's new video about his OCD hit me very hard. i've struggled with OCD since i was a child and honestly what he said about things getting worse when not treating the whole problem really put things into perspective for me. OCD tends to run in my family on both sides, especially on my mother's. i'm gonna guess growing up around that had a factor (i was raised by my maternal grandparents). i think he's inspired me to maybe seek out a real diagnosis. my psych team has thought that i may have OCD and has partially taught me some techniques, but for some reason the community mental health center i go to can only rule out OCD and not diagnose it, which is so fucking stupid?????
overall, i'm so happy that ranboo felt comfortable to talk about it and i really do think that it'll help a lot of people. for an account i made solely for their tumblr, i really do NOT post about ranboo a lot but perchance that will change.
