The overlaying texture from Mamizou Futatsuiwa's spellcard background has changed in Unfinished Dream of All Living Ghost.
As a comparison, I've used a gif from 100th Black Market. You can see that the texture used to look like some flying birds, but now it's the "censored" effect from Nue's spellcard background.

In Perfect Cherry Blossom, all Prismriver Sisters have the same spellcard background and no matter who you fight, the name in the upper left corner will say Sister Prismriver.
In Double Dealing Character, the Tsukumo Sisters have both the same spellcard background, but depending who you fight, the name in the upper left corner changes (Tsukumo Yatsuhashi, Tsukumo Benben or Tsukumo Sisters).
Evolution of Cirno’s spellcard background: Embodiment of Scarlet Devil ⟶ Perfect Cherry Blossom ⟶ Phantasmagoria of Flower View (same in Shoot the Bullet) ⟶ Double Dealing Character (same in Impossible Spell Card) ⟶ 100th Black Market.
The texture has been the same since Phantasmagoria of Flower View, but it seems like different effects have been applied to it in the following games so it appears darker/lighter.
The font used to write the romanization of Wakasagihime’s, Sekibanki’s and Kagerou Imaizumi’s names is different than the one used for the rest of characters in Double Dealing Character. The font used for the Japanese names seems unchanged.
