In Perfect Cherry Blossom, there are few differences in how the song names appear in the Music Room and how they appear during the stages.
During gameplay, Yuyuko's theme lacks the comma, the word "fantasy" from Ran's theme is written in lowercase and the Phantasm stage song name ends with a fullstop instead of an exclamation mark.

In Perfect Cherry Blossom, each stage has some small artwork and two lines of commentary around the beginning (in stage 4 these appear a bit later, after some enemies). Usually, the commentary is in English, even in the unpatched games.
Stage 6 commentary is in Japanese and also instead of having "Stage 6" or "Final Stage" written on the screen, it says "Perfect Cherry Blossom".
