Eh there's a few reasons, but the two main ones: Bones becoming more a caricature of herself than her real kickass self around season 6 (doubley insulting considering that she is supposed to be on the autism spectrum and they started to just progressively exaggerate it - making her 100% book-smart, 100% socially-stupid in a very black and white way instead of maintaining the complexities of her character from the first seasons. Remember her joking about performing a ritual in the witch episode and Zack not getting it? Like, she used to have a complex sense of humour. And setting aside the fact that her social incompetence is just exaggerated for laughs now, she's an anthropologist - she studied humans and how they interact with society - she KNOWS THINGS - so some the jokes don't even make sense, they're clearly for laughs and it stopped being funny at some point).  And also Booth becoming sort of a jackass. (Taking pictures of her crying on a case while pregnant, leaving her in the park while crying and pregnant after an argument... just as a couple of examples...) But it's mostly Brennan's caricaturization that turned me off it.
