All about May
I could write a whole essay about this trip, but I’d rather just relive it through these photos… or maybe I’m just too lazy to admit it.
@ the airport
We had breakfast at the airport before our flight. The new food court in NAIA 3 actually looks nice now. We decided to eat at Aristocrat, and the food was really good. For dessert, we had coffee and cream puffs. The coffee was way too sweet though. I did not enjoy that part (as a trentahin).
Meanwhile, I have paparazzi shots from someone who I think is obsessed with me (love uuu).
Beach!!!!
You have no idea how much positive energy this view gave me. It was our first time here, and definitely not the last.
The main highlight of this trip was the sky pool. The best part was how convenient it was. Our room was on the same floor, and the pool was literally just a short walk away, right in front of our doorstep. I'll post more photos! I can't wait!
7-Eleven with a sea view + a pigeon, casually hanging around the beach. Also, I never got to use the bathtub because, like I said, the sky pool was right beside us. After walking and feeling tired, we’re back in our room eating gummies while watching TV. Best feeling ever.
That’s exactly how I’m ending this post.
Life has taught me that growing older is not necessarily about abandoning ideals. It is about learning that truth rarely belongs entirely to one side. The fire of youth seeks to change the world overnight; maturity and the mellowing of years understand that conflicts are infinitely more complicated. I no longer see the world through the rigid lens of left or right. Time, experience, loss, and service have softened my perceptions. In the end, perhaps growing up is not about surrendering convictions, but learning to carry them with balance, wisdom and the humility to see humanity even in those we may have once called the enemy.... http://cbholganza.com/2026/06/09/a-personal-dilemma/
