like I know itās been four months since balance ended but it absolutely kills me how through most of the campaign, when asked where magnus saw himself in fifteen yearsā or at the end of the current arcā the answer was āI dunno, probably dead,ā and when asked how he would die the answer was āin a big flashy fight,ā but by the time we got to story and song, when griffin asked āmagnus, how did you die?ā the answer was. patiently. he died quietly, of old age, surrounded by almost everyone who had ever loved him. that is incredible character development and I will never get over it
